Meanwhile, yesterday a new Chapter, Chapter 12 was inaugurated in Srinagar. In this background, Prakash said that this new chapter needs to be vibrant and strong and for this Tourism Department of J&K is with us.

He said they will be organizing a conclave in the coming two to six months so that more people both from within the country and abroad will explore these tourist destinations of J&K.

He said Kashmir has tourism potential and in the coming year, it will be at the number one position if all these beautiful places are explored and awareness regarding these tourist destinations is created.

This is apt to mention that both Doodhpathri and Yousmarg witness a huge tourist influx with people visiting these places in lakhs every year. This year starting from April almost 4,80,225 tourists have visited Doodhpathri.

TAFI members were accompanied by CEO Doodhpathri, Nargis Suriya; AD Tourism, Nisar Rasool, and other officers and officials of the concerned department.
