The Victory Flame brought together varied facets of people in Boniyar and filled them with a sense of pride and patriotism,” he said.

“Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated every year to celebrate the valor and steadfast leadership of the Indian Army. 22 years ago, the Indian Army ousted Pakistani troops from the icy heights of Kargil and fluttered Tiranga with pride.
