Srinagar: An army soldier died after lightning struck him in the ski resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district last night, officials said on Saturday.
Quoting the officials, news agency KNT reported the lightning struck the Roshni Army Picket of the 18 Rashtriya Rifles in Gulmarg.
A soldier identified as 32-year-old Lokendra Singh died in the incident.
