Srinagar: Jammu Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP) President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday extended his warm greetings to the people especially Kashmiri Pandits on the eve of Mela Kheer Bhawani which is being observed at the historic temple of central Kashmir’s Tulmulla Today.

In his message, Bukhari said, “This festival has been significant for the communal harmony and brotherhood in Kashmir for centuries, and it symbolizes the pluralistic ethos of the people of the Valley.
