Srinagar, May 05: The bodies of a woman and her daughter were recovered from a stream in Halmatpora area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday.
A police officer said the duo, according to preliminary investigations, has jumped into the stream last night over some family dispute.
Their bodies have been handed over to their families for last rites, said the officer, according to GNS news agency.
