Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir today logged 12 fresh cases of Covid 19 taking the total number of positive cases to 453990, officials said.
They said that seven new cases were reported from Jammu and five from Kashmir division.
“Out of 453990 positive cases, 53 are active positive while as 449186 have recovered,” said the officials, adding that till date 4751 have died due to the infection.
The officials said that Jammu district reported seven fresh cases, Srinagar two and Baramulla district reported three cases.
No fresh case was reported from rest of the 17 districts of the UT, officials said.
They said that with 5,116 doses of Covid vaccine administered in the last 24 hours, the cumulative number of doses administered across J&K has reached 2,25,77,241.
