The championship was inaugurated by the Activity Incharge, Riyaz Ahmad Wachkoo and PEL HSS Imamsahib Shahid Islam.
Speaking on the occasion, Dutta impressed upon the participants to take part in sports activities to get physically and mentally fit.
The officers and officials of District Youth Services and Sports Office (DYSSO) were present at the event.
