Jammu: Advisors to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar and Farooq Khan have extended their warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasions of Herath (Mahashivratri) and Shab-e-Miraj.

While extending their greetings one eve of Hearth, the Advisors said that Herath holds a special place in the history, culture and pluralistic ethos of Jammu and Kashmir, adding that the warmth with which Herath is celebrated here is a testimony to the impeccable communal harmony in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Advisors expressed hope that this auspicious occasion would further strengthen the bonds of amity, harmony and brotherhood and be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity for entire Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, the Advisors also extended their greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Mehraj.

In their felicitation message, the Advisors hoped that this auspicious occasion will promote love and affection among humankind as also foster communal harmony for J&K is known across.

The Advisors also prayed for the peace, progress and prosperity of entire Jammu and Kashmir.
