Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference on Tuesday said that its party functionaries will offer floral tributes and Fateh at the final resting place of the party stalwart and former party general secretary Sheikh Nazir Ahmed on his 7th death anniversary at his ancestral grave yard Malik Sahab shrine in Soura.
