Srinagar: The J&K Revenue Department has directed to immediately shift Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, Girdwars and Patwaries from their home tehsils.
An official communique marked “most urgent” shot by Under Secretary Revenue Department to Financial Commissioner Revenue, Divisional Commissioners Kashmir and Jammu and all deputy commissioners on Friday asked them to share the action taken report “that no revenue field functionary is posted in their home tehsil” by or before December 25.
The directions have been passed in compliance with the minutes of the meeting chaired by Chief Secretary, Dr Arun Kumar Mehta on December 01.
