Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir recorded 95 fresh COVID-19 cases on Sunday that took the infection tally to 3,31,062, officials said.
No fresh Covid-related death was reported in the Union Territory in the past 24 hours, officials said, adding the death toll stands at 4,426.
Of the fresh cases, 14 were from Jammu division and 81 from Kashmir division, officials said.
Srinagar district recorded the highest 40 cases followed by 13 in Budgam district.
There were 47 confirmed cases of Mucormycosis (black fungus) in the Union Territory. No fresh case was reported since Saturday evening, officials added.
Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases reported today, the officials said that Srinagar reported 40 cases, Baramulla reported 10 cases, Budgam reported 13 cases, Kupwara reported 05 cases, Anantnag reported 06 cases, Bandipora reported 05 cases, Ganderbal reported 01 case.
Kulgam, Shopian and Pulwama district reported no fresh cases, officials said.
In Jammu division, Jammu district reported 03 cases, Doda reported 08 cases, Rajouri reported 02 cases, Poonch reported 01 case while Reasi, Kathua, Samba, Kishtwar, Ramban and Udhampur reported no fresh cases, said the officials.
They said that 58,523 doses of COVID vaccine were administered in the last 24 hours across the UT bringing the cumulative number of doses administered here to 13,715,122.
