Omar Abdullah visits Wanpoh Kulgam

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Vice President, Omar Abdullah, on Monday visited Wanpoh, Anantnag to condole with Party’s District President Kulgam and former MLA Abdul Majeed Bhat Larmi on the demise of his mother-in-law.

Among others Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, State Secretary Sakina Itoo, GA Shah, Nazir Ahmed Khan Gurezi, Zone Presidents Dr Bashir Veeri, Ali Mohammad Dar, Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, provincial secretary Showkat Mir, Syed Tauqeer, Sajjad Uri, district president Anantnag Altaf Ahmed Wani, Reyaz Khan, others also accompanied the party vice president to condole with the bereaved family particularly Abdul Majeed Bhat Larmi Sahib in their hour of grief and loss.

Joined by party functionaries, Omar Abdullah offered Fatiha for the deceased and prayed to Almighty to bestow the deceased with highest echelons in Jannat.  Sharing in the grief of the bereaved family, Omar expressed unison with them in their hour of grief and prayed for fortitude to them to bear the inconsolable loss. He also extended condolences to the bereaved on behalf of party president Dr Farooq Abdullah.

Party’s Additional General Secretary, Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, visited the bereaved Ashai household at Gogji Bagh in Srinagar to condole on the demise of Begum Showkat Ashai.

Dr. Kamal extended condolences to the bereaved in particular to Showkat Ashai Sahib on his irreparable loss and prayed for much-needed forbearance to him and the entire bereaved household. He also offered Fatiha for the deceased and prayed for peace to the departed soul in the highest realms of Jannat.
