Sahil Bashir Bhat greets people on Eid-ul-Adha

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Vice president and Official Spokesperson of Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) Er Sahil Bashir has greeted the people of Muslim Ummah on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.

Praying for peace and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir, Sahil Bashir in his message said Eid-ul-Azha “reminds us of making sincerity and truthfulness way of our life”.

“I hope the day would be herald of peace, progress and development in Jammu and Kashmir and the country,” he said.

He said Eid-ul-Adha is a unique event in every way. It has high spiritual and moral features. Each Eid festival is a wholesome celebration of a remarkable achievement of the individual Muslim in the service of Allah.

Sahil Bashir also appealed to religious preachers to make people understand the importance of social distancing amid COVID19 and said while sacrificing animals on the Eid people should follow SOPs and ensure social distancing to prevent spread of COVID19.
