Srinagar: Two unidentified militants have been killed in an encounter that broke out between militants and security forces in Alamdar colony, Syedpora Srinagar.
Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two unidentified militants have been killed in an encounter at Alamdar Colony Danmar, Syedpora area of district Srinagar.
Earlier joint team of Police and CRPF launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the area after receiving credible inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
In the ensuing encounter, two unidentified militants have been killed while the search is going on.
