BANDIPORA, APRIL 19: District Development Commissioner Bandipora, Khursheed Ahmad Sanai today convened a meeting to review the education scenario in the district.
Senior Superintendent of Police Sheikh Zulfikar Azad, besides, Chief Education Officer, Deputy CEO, Principals of Degree Colleges and Higher Secondary Schools, ZEOs and Headmasters of various High schools of the district were present in the meeting.
The meeting discussed threadbare various issues to safeguard the academic career of the students.
It was emphasized upon heads of educational institutions to take proactive measures for creating a conducive academic atmosphere in schools and ensure completion of syllabus designed for the session within the specified calendar.
“Our children are our future”, said the DDC, adding “it is our prime responsibility to keep our future generations on right track.”
The DDC also directed CEO and ZEOs to undertake frequent field visits to respective educational institutions. He also asked them to ensure timely rationalization of staff so that no institute faces any inconvenience for want of subject specified teacher.
