Awaam Ki Awaaz: LG dedicates this week’s episode to Corona Warriors, Frontline Workers

Srinagar: A member of Jammu Kashmir Blood Donors (JKBD) organization, Raghav Vaid, has thanked Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, for appreciating the work of his organization in the monthly Radio Talk show ‘Awaam ki Awaaz’.

Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha dedicated monthly Radio talk show to corona warriors who are at the forefront in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic,  and appreciated their efforts in the current situation while putting their own lives at risk.

During the programme, the LG had shared some of the inspiring stories of covid warriors and responsible citizens, saluted their spirit and commended them for their dedication towards human service in these tough times.

Raghav said that it was highly encouraging and inspiring to see that LG Manoj Sinha mentioned their organization in radio  talk show Awaam ki Awaaz and appreciated their social work in the ongoing COVID-19.“I am highly grateful to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Ji for appreciating the efforts of JKBD and mentioning the same in Awaam ki Awaaz,” Vaid said.

Raghav further said that when administration appreciates and recognizes the efforts of individuals or organizations, more people get motivated for social work. “When LG sahib himself appreciates and recognizes the work of good samaritans, more people are motivated to do good work,” Raghav remarks.

Raghav in his message appeals to the general public to help one another in these tough times besides covid appropriate behavior, SOPs and guidelines regarding covid-19 should be followed. He further appeals to the general public to get themselves vaccinated as it is a prime way of fighting this virus.
