Srinagar, Apr 15: Welcoming the statement of Indian Army chief and his Pakistan counterpart Hurriyat-M chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Sunday said it was time that the political heads of both India and Pakistan accede to what their chiefs have realized and resolve Kashmir dispute.
