Srinagar, April 15: Continuing its drive against drug menace, Budgam police arrested a drug peddler in Khag area of Budgam district.
A statement issued by police said that based on a specific information, a police party of Police Station Khag apprehended one person identified as Ghulam Ahmad Mir son of Mohammad Sultan Mir resident of Hardu-Abroo from Poshkar area of Khag and seized 110 grams of Charas from his possession.
In this regard, a case FIR No. 19/2018 under section 8/20 NDPS Act was registered in Police Station Khag and investigation was taken up.
