Srinagar: Urging the people to not be fearful of sending their children to the schools, Secretary Education B K Singh on Sunday said that the necessary protocols will be strictly followed in the educational institutions so as to keep the Covid-19 pandemic at bay.
“We request parents and students not to fear and take precautions like maintaining 6 feet distance and washing hands regularly. Going schools is also important. I am sure everything will be fine,” local news agency KNS quoted Singh as saying.
He asked teachers and other staff of Education department to scrupulously adhere to the laid down protocols so as to minimize the possibility of infection spread.
