NEW DELHI: Additional Resident Commissioner, Jammu and Kashmir, Neeraj Kumar, today unfurled the National Flag on the eve of 72nd Republic Day at J&K House, New Delhi.
A contingent of J&K Armed Police presented the guard of honour on the occasion.
The officials of J&K posted at New Delhi attended the event amid strict observance of all necessary preventive protocols regarding COVID-19.
While speaking on this auspicious day, ARC said that this is an event to remember the sacrifice of our freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the dignity of our beloved nation and made freedom for India a present reality.
Among others Dushyant Kumar Rai, Media Consultant to Lieutenant Governor and other officers and officials were also present.
On the occassion, Additional Resident Commissioner interacted with the Officers and Officials of J&K House and presented commendation certificates to them.
