Soopore, April 07: Affarwa-XI’s dismal performance continued as Sopore Gymkhana thrashed the former by huge margin of 152 runs here at Sopore. Earlier Sopore Gymkhana won the toss, decided to bat first and set a mammoth total of 259 on board in allotted 35 overs. Mudasir Lara (59), Umar (48) and Baba (38) were the top scorers for Gymkhana Sopore.
In reply Affarwat-XI was bundled out for stingy 106 runs. Altaf showed some resistance scoring 42 runs. For Sopore Gymkhana, Shahnawaz took 5 wickets while as Baba scalped 4 wickets. Baba was declared man of the match for his all-round performance.
