Redressal of peoples’ genuine issues among Govt’s top priorities: Advisor Khan

SRINAGAR : Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Farooq Khan today reaffirmed that redressal of peoples’ genuine issues is among the Lieutenant Governor administration’s top priorities.

The Advisor stated this during his weekly public grievance redressal camp held here at Lieutenant Governor’s Grievance Cell, Church Lane, Sonawar.

As many as 100 public deputations and individuals hailing from different areas of Kashmir Valley put forth their demands and grievances before the Advisor.

A deputation from Budgam area demanded a construction of playground for sports related activities. Similarly another deputation of SRO-43 aspirants sought the directions for their cases pending with several departments for clearances.

Another deputation from Kulgam sought macadamization of their roads in their respective areas.

Likewise, a deputation from Srinagar sought construction of a public park in their area.

A deputation from Kokernag raised the issue of regularization of their services in Tribal Affairs Department.

While listening to the grievances, Advisor Khan gave a patient hearing and assured the visiting individuals and deputations that all their genuine issues would be resolved in a speedy manner.
