Srinagar : People’s Democratic Party youth secretary Arif Laigaroo has paid rich tributes Qazi Rasheed Masood of UP who passed away on Monday.
Describing him a great leader and noble soul, Laigaroo said, “He was visionary leader and friend of masses.”
Masood belonged from Saharanpur Gangoa western Uttar Pradesh.
He was former union minister for health, 5 times Lok Sabha MP and twice Rajya Sabha MP.
Laigaroo had worked with him as personal secretary since 2004 till 2007.
