Anantnag: Three militants have been killed in an exchange of fire that broke out between militants and government forces in khulchohar Runipora area of Shangas belt in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday
An police officials told Kashmir Images that three militants have been killed in a brief exchange of fire while as operation is on in the area.
Officials said that as the joint team police, 19 RR and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation on specific information about the presence of militants in the area and forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon them which was retaliated triggering an encounter.
