Jammu: Bush fire has engulfed near Line of Control in Poonch’s Mendhar sub division.
Official sources told wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that on Saturday early morning, flames erupted from bushes in Balakote area near Line of Control and spread in few acres land.
“The woods near Line of control (LoC) are engulfed in blaze after which troops are maintaining highest degree of alertness.” sources said.
They further informed that fire is under control as of now with no reports of any explosions of land mines
