Srinagar: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, along with several senior party colleagues, today visited Jamia Arabia Ashraful Uloom in Hyderpora, Srinagar, which was damaged in a recent fire incident. He met the management of the Darul Uloom to obtain first-hand information about the losses and challenges the institution is now facing following the unfortunate incident.
On this occasion, he spoke to reporters and shared his views after meeting the management of the Darul Uloom. He said, “I urge everyone to contribute towards rebuilding and addressing the issues this religious institution is facing. Contribution is not limited to donations alone; there are many other ways through which we can offer our services to support this institution, which has suffered losses in the fire incident.”
Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari praised all those who helped control the blaze. He said, “First of all, I would like to applaud the fire service personnel who played a tremendous role in dousing the flames. Similarly, the police and members of the administration were present, fulfilling their responsibilities. The local youth also played an important role during this tragic fire incident.
