On the occasion, the Director stressed the importance of strengthening elementary education to ensure strong academic foundations for students across the Kashmir Division.

He further directed Chief Education Officers (CEOs), Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs) and Cluster Heads across the Kashmir Division to undertake regular field visits, interact with students and teachers and closely monitor the academic functioning of schools in their respective jurisdictions to ensure quality education at the grassroots level.
