New power curtailment schedule announced amid heat wave in Jammu

Srinagar: The Chief Engineer, Distribution, Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced a scheduled power shutdown on February 28 due to maintenance of the 33 kV Badamibagh and Pampore BK Pora line.

According to the department, electricity supply to Lasjan, Sonwar, BK Pora, Khanda, Sumerbugh, Railway, TRC, Silver Star, Ujala Hospital, PHE installations and Pantha Chowk areas will remain affected from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm on the day.
