Jammu: Several delegations and prominent personalities called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan here on Friday.
Kuldeep Raj Dubey, Member of Legislative Assembly from Reasi, met the Lieutenant Governor and discussed issues of public importance related to his constituency. He was accompanied by Advocate Pawan Dev Singh, President, District Bar Association Reasi, and Ch. Mohammad Akram, BJP leader.
Earlier, a delegation from the Guidance and Counselling Cell for Youth Development, Gurha Slathia, also called on the Lieutenant Governor and briefed him about their initiatives aimed at youth empowerment and counselling.
Padma Shri awardee Dr S.P. Varma, President, Gandhi Global Family, Jammu and Kashmir, also met the Lieutenant Governor and held discussions on matters related to social welfare and value-based initiatives.
