During the meeting, the CEO presented a detailed briefing on the ongoing activities, administrative functioning and the progress of various educational initiatives across the district.

While addressing the officers, the Director laid special emphasis on strengthening the foundational learning of students.

He said that primary education is the backbone of our entire academic system.

“If we build strong foundations in the early grades, the outcomes at higher levels will automatically improve,” he remarked.

Wani further urged the officers to thoroughly review all preparations for the upcoming academic session and submit complete details to the Directorate through the concerned Chief Education Officers.

He directed all concerned officers of the Kashmir Division to personally visit every school within their jurisdiction, assess facilities and promptly inform the Directorate regarding required interventions.

While reviewing key issues such as PARAKH, New Enrolments, infrastructure gaps and the National Achievement Survey (NAS), the Director instructed officers to resolve bottlenecks at their level and ensure a 100% effective monitoring system through regular school visits.
