MENDHAR: Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology, Environment & Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, today attended the annual day 2025 celebrations of the Modern Institute of Creative Learning (MICL), Dharana Mendhar.

The programme featured vibrant cultural performances, academic presentations and creative exhibits by the students from various classes.

Rana, who was the chief guest, lauded the outstanding talent, discipline and confidence displayed by the children. He commended the collective efforts of teachers and parents in fostering an encouraging and enriching learning environment.

In his address, the Minister underlined the critical role of quality education in building an enlightened and progressive society. He reaffirmed the government’s resolve to strengthen educational infrastructure, particularly in remote and far-flung regions such as Mendhar.

Highlighting the significance of empowering youth, he urged the students to strive for excellence and assured them of continued support through various youth-oriented and educational initiatives.
