MLA Gulmarg holds public darbar at Wailoo & Khaipora Blocks

Tangmarg: MLA Gulmarg Farooq Ahmad Shah today held a Public Darbar at Walioo and Khaipora blocks of his constituency to directly listen to the issues of local residents.

People shared concerns related to basic amenities, development, and public services, and the MLA assured them that all genuine grievances will be resolved at the earliest.

On Constitution Day, Celebrated on 26th of November across the country, MLA Farooq Ahmad Shah also led the celebrations at Government High School Wailoo, where the Preamble reading ceremony was held with students, teachers, and local representatives.

In his address, the MLA highlighted the importance of the Indian Constitution, calling it the supreme law that ensures justice, equality, and fundamental rights for every citizen. He said the Constitution is the guiding framework that strengthens democracy and helps maintain unity and fairness in society.

Officials from all concerned departments attended the Public Darbar, enabling quick responses and proper follow-up on public demands. The outreach programme aims to bring governance closer to the people and ensure effective delivery of services at the grassroots level.
