JAMMU: Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar, today reaffirmed the government’s commitment towards ensuring the timely resolution of public issues across Jammu and Kashmir.

Chairing a series of meetings with various public delegations at the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, the Minister reiterated that addressing the genuine concerns of citizens remains the prime concern of the administration.

During the interactions, Javid Dar gave a compassionate hearing to the representatives from diverse sectors, including political and public delegations from several districts. He reviewed the issues related to agriculture, rural development, public service delivery and other matters of public importance, offering on-spot directions and guidance for their timely redress.

Emphasising the importance of efficiency and transparency in governance, the Minister asked all the concerned officials to ensure swift action on genuine public grievances. He highlighted that accountability and prompt response at every level of administration are essential for strengthening the public trust and improving service delivery.

“The government is fully committed towards addressing people’s concerns with seriousness and sincerity. Every citizen deserves responsive governance and we are working tirelessly to make that a reality,” the Minister stated.

He further assured that all public issues brought before the departments will be resolved in a time bound manner.
