JAMMU: A delegation of J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides presented the Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha with the ‘Sticker Flag’ as a part of the commemoration of 75 years of Foundation Day of Bharat Scouts and Guides, at Raj Bhawan today.
Every year, 7th November is observed as the Foundation Day of Bharat Scouts and Guides.
Wg. Cdr MM Joshi, National Commissioner, Headquarters for Special Programme, Bharat Scouts & Guides; Nasreen Khan, Secretary and Administrative Officer; Dr Renu Nanda, J&K Commissioner (Ranger), senior officials, trainers, Scouts & Guides were present during the interaction.
