Chinar Corps Commander, along with the Zonal President of AWWA, interacted with the students, who expressed their energetic and hopeful outlook for the future of Kashmir. The officers encouraged the children to pursue excellence, uphold strong moral values, and contribute positively to the nation’s development. They praised the students for their resilience, creativity, and ambition, noting that the children of Kashmir are the true torchbearers of peace and progress in the region.

As part of the celebration, Chinar Corps felicitated 27 achievers—including principals, teachers, and students—from Army Goodwill Schools and the Army Goodwill Public School. These awardees were recognized for their exceptional performances in national-level sports and innovation competitions. Highlights included Young Scientist awards from ISRO and national ARISE awards won by AGS Wuzur and AGS Bandipora among 2,200 participating schools across India.

The felicitation ceremony served as an inspiration for other students, showcasing the hard work, dedication, and excellence of their peers. The lively participation of children infused the event with joy and optimism, turning the day into a celebration of unity and hope.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and an encouraging message from the Chinar Corps, reaffirming its commitment to supporting and motivating the younger generation to dream big, strive for excellence, and contribute meaningfully to nation-building and a harmonious future for Kashmir.
