Srinagar: Police in Ganderbal have arrested one more absconder who had been evading arrest for 13 years.
A police spokesperson identified the arrested individual as Zafar Iqbal, son of Mohammad Israyel Gojar of Loorte, Rajouri, who was wanted in a case registered under section 279, 338 IPC at Police Station Gund in the year 2012.
Acting on specific information, a police team arrested the absconder, and after completing legal formalities, shifted him to Subsidiary Jail Dignibal.
