The orders state that the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied, after considering the facts and circumstances of each case, that their activities were such as to warrant dismissal from service.

The orders further note that “in the interest of the security of the State, it is not expedient to hold an enquiry” in the cases of the two officials. “Both dismissals took effect immediately,” the orders added.(KNS)
