”In one drop of water are found all the secrets of the ocean”. Khalil Gibran.

Oh yes, even though, life is as inexorable as the sea, the loveliness of the desert sands, lies in the secret, that somewhere, they hide a well. The colourless, formless, wonder, called water, quenches thirsts, like no other, fluid can. Nature’s panacea for flushing out all ills, water rejoices in its own power. It gleams and glistens, divine light, coruscating through its gurgling springs and streams in the hills. It becomes a vast expanse of river, bounty laden with agricultural promises, in the plains of the planet.

The fish swim merrily in its gushing waters, smug in its incandescent glow. The ocean of water holds a compelling urge, for wandering travellers, to sail across the waves, to unravel, the unknown mysteries. The tiny, luminous pearl, safely ensconced in the oyster shell, knows not the teeming under water life, all around it. Water flows in our veins, like the tides of blood. They ebb and flow, with destiny’s strokes. The tides in our veins are never in our hands.

Life is like a pool, whose depths you can never fathom, you can’t clutch at water, it can only drown you. You must instead, trust and float; letting go of fear, helps us keep afloat. Sweat and tears, are both of utmost magnitude, in human lives. Both waters, both salty, both holy. Pani re pani tera rang kaisa ? jis mein mila do lage uss jaisa.” Yes, it even teaches us humility, the effortless flexibility to mould ourselves, along with the pot shots that life serves us.

” Yahaan pani ko bhi pyaas likha jaata hai , mere jazbaat se waakif hai meri kalam,

main pyar likhun toh usska naam likha jaata hai”
