During the meeting, Koul conducted an in-depth review of the district’s political landscape and organizational structure. He emphasized the need to strengthen booth-level management, enhance grassroots communication, and ensure effective public outreach in every village and constituency of Budgam.

Addressing party functionaries, Koul said that the forthcoming Assembly elections are an opportunity for the BJP to strengthen its footprint in Budgam and across Kashmir. “Every activist must work with full dedication, coordination, and discipline to carry the message of development, good governance, and inclusiveness to every household. The people of Budgam are ready for change, and it is our collective responsibility to reach them with the vision of the Prime Minister for a prosperous and empowered Jammu & Kashmir,” he added.

He also urged party workers to stay connected with the people at the grassroots level and highlight the central government’s initiatives that have transformed the region over the past few years.

Koul further called for a resolve to intensify mass contact programmes and strengthen the organization at every level to ensure the BJP’s strong performance in the upcoming elections.

District President Budgam, Hakeem Rohullah Ghazi, in his brief remarks, assured that the Budgam district unit is fully prepared for the elections and that the team is working tirelessly to expand the party’s base.

“Every booth is our priority. We are committed to carrying the BJP’s message to every voter of Budgam with sincerity and hard work,” Ghazi added.
