Srinagar: Police on Friday said they have apprehended two drug peddlers at a checkpoint at Bismillah Colony in Sopore.
Identified as Zubair Ahmad Shalla, son of Ghulam Nabi Shalla of Sadeeq Colony and Burhan Ayoub Dar, son of Mohammad Ayoub Dar, resident of Muzbugh Fruitmandi Sopore, the duo was arrested after SpasmoProxyvon Plus capsules were recovered from their possession, police said.
A case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Sopore for investigation.
