Admit cards released for army recruitment rally in Srinagar

Srinagar: The Indian Army has released admit cards for the upcoming recruitment rally for the selection of Agniveers, scheduled to be held from August 30 to September 5, 2025, at the Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry (JAKLI) Regimental Centre, Rangreth.

Unmarried candidates who have applied can download their admit cards from the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in

As per instructions, aspirants must report at the venue at 4 AM on the date specified on their admit card, carrying the admit card, all required documents, and 25 passport-size photographs.

The Army has clarified that no requests for change of date will be entertained. Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying mobile phones, watches, or any electronic devices inside the premises. However, they are permitted to carry money.

Emphasising transparency, officials stated that the recruitment process is conducted in a “fair and impartial manner” and selections are made purely on merit. Aspirants have been cautioned against falling prey to touts or anti-social elements who may attempt to mislead or exploit them.
