Srinagar: “Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2025 is going on seamlessly, and pilgrims are taking darshan of Baba Barfani without any interruption,” the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, informed today while responding to false news being circulated on various social media channels claiming that the Yatra has been suspended.

As of July 15, 2025, more than 2.34 lakh pilgrims have had darshan, and today, on July 16, pilgrims have proceeded to the Holy Cave from both routes without any interruption and are taking darshan.
