Srinagar: Police in Baramulla have arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband substance from his possession, a police spokesperson informed Monday.
He said one Mohammad Yousuf Ganie, son of Abdul Rahim Ganie of Sodipora Beerwah, was arrested at Chachloora after 131 grams of cannabis-like substance was recovered from his possession.
A case under the NDPS Act has been registered at the Police Station Kunzer for investigation.
