PAHALGAM: The first batch of Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra-2025 was warmly welcomed by the MLA Pahalgam, Altaf Ahmad Wani, DDC Chairperson Anantnag, Mohammad Yousuf Gorsi and other local public representatives.
Interacting with the devotees, the public representatives wished them a smooth and blissful journey to the Holy Cave.
As the first batch of yatris embarked on their spiritual journey towards the Holy Cave, the Public Representatives wished them a fulfilling and blessed pilgrimage.
Local citizens, trade fraternity and members of civil society enthusiastically participated in welcoming the yatris with garlands, flowers and traditional Kashmiri hospitality, reflecting the district’s spirit of communal harmony and brotherhood.
The atmosphere was filled with devotion, warmth and respect as the yatris expressed gratitude for the cordial reception.
Elaborate arrangements have been put in place to ensure the safety, comfort and smooth passage of the pilgrims throughout the yatra period.
