Positioned as an upmarket alternative to the existing Carens lineup, the Carens Clavis brings a bold new design language, cutting-edge technology, and enhanced safety features to the fore. With its refined aesthetics and feature-rich cabin, the Clavis is designed to appeal to larger families and urban buyers alike.

The launch event witnessed the unveiling of the vehicle by Mr. Ashutosh Sareen, General Manager – Corporate Banking, J&K Bank Ltd, in the presence of Mr. Nishikant Sharma (DGM Corporate Banking, J&K Bank), Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Wani (COO, PAL KIA), Mr. Tariq Mir (MD, International Advertising), and representatives from leading financial institutions including M&M, SBI, PNB, and Chola Mandalam. Senior staff and a large number of customers also attended the event.

Speaking at the launch, Mr. Parvaiz Majid highlighted the vehicle’s versatility, noting that the Clavis is available in both six-seater and seven-seater configurations. He added that the MPV comes equipped with a suite of high-end features, including Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a 360-degree camera, electric parking brake, powered driver seat, multi-drive modes, and KIA’s updated connected car technology suite.

While retaining the classic MPV silhouette, the Clavis sports a refreshed front fascia, newly designed alloy wheels, and connected LED tail lamps—a new signature design element from KIA. Inside, it offers a sophisticated cabin experience with dual digital screens, premium blue-and-beige upholstery, and updated dashboard trims.

With its premium upgrades and modern features, the Carens Clavis is expected to attract a strong customer base in Kashmir and beyond, reinforcing KIA’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
