Search continues in Paribal to trace forest guard who drowned in Sindh

Ganderbal: The rescue operation continued on Saturday for the second day to trace out the forest employee who reportedly drowned in the Nallah Sindh at Paribal area of Shallabugh in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

An official said that a search operation continued for a second day on Saturday to trace out the forest employee who accidentally slipped into the stream near Paribal area Friday. He said that joint rescue teams of SDRF, police, forest department and locals are trying to trace the missing employee from the waters.

Officials said that a forest employee accidentally slipped into Nallah Sindh near compartment no.1 in Paribal area here.

He has been identified as Shameem Ahmad Mir (40), son of Ghulam Mohammad Mir, resident of Batwina Ganderbal.
