Additionally, the shutdown for 33 kV Pampore Badambagh Line (Sr. No. 14) may also be treated as cancelled to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the PHE WSS Tangnar, which was affected by a power outage during the gusty winds on the night of May 18–19.

However, other power shutdowns will go ahead as planned:

As per the Chief Engineer, J&KPTCL, 33kV Kongamdara and Magam feeders will remain off from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM on May 20, to facilitate augmentation works at GSS Magam. This will affect power supply to Kunzer, Khore, Agar, Kralweth, Mangalore, Ahmadpora, Hardaboora, Loolpora, Dhobiwan, Magam, Mazhama, Aripathan, Bamrooda, Badran, Kanihama, Warihama, and adjoining areas.

Meanwhile, KPDCL has also announced a shutdown for laying of HT AB Cable on the 33kV Badampora Kurhama-Dab (Tap line). As a result, the 33/11kV Receiving Station at Dab will remain off from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on May 20 and May 22, affecting power supply to Dab, Batpora, Rabitar, and nearby areas.

Residents in the affected areas are advised to make necessary arrangements and stay informed through official KPDCL and J&KPTCL communication channels.
