Similarly, a power shutdown has been scheduled on May 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, affecting the 33/11 kv Receiving Stations at Gulmarg, Khyber, Baba Reshi, and the Cable Car. As a result, electricity supply to Gulmarg, Khyber, the Cable Car, Baba Reshi, and nearby localities will be disrupted during the maintenance period.

Additionally, in connection with the branch cutting work on the 33 kv Magam-Kongamdara line, the 33/11 kv Receiving Stations at Kunzer, Dhobiwan, Kongamdara, and Ahmadpora will also remain non-operational on May 8 and May 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Power supply to these areas and their surroundings will remain suspended during the designated hours.

KPDCL has advised residents of the affected areas to make necessary arrangements in advance and has expressed regret for the inconvenience caused due to these essential maintenance activities.
