Srinagar: Police have arrested two drug peddlers in Sopore and recovered contraband substances from their possession.
A police spokesperson informed that police intercepted a vehicle (JK05M-9529) at Vijbal crossing with two persons on board. During the search, 203 grams of cannabis-like substance was recovered from their possession. The accused duo identified as Mohsin Manzoor Soliha, and a woman (name withheld), both residents of Arampora Baramulla, were arrested and their vehicle seized while a case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Sopore for investigation, police said.
