Under-trial Review Committee meeting held at Pulwama

PULWAMA: In compliance with the directions of NALSA and JK Legal Services Authority UT of J&K, the 2nd UnderTrial Review Committee meeting was held today at the Circuit House, Pulwama.

The meeting was presided over by Pr. District and Sessions Judge Pulwama and was attended by Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, DPO Pulwama, Sessions Judge Pulwama, Secretary DLSA, Sr. Prosecution Officer, Superintendent of District Jail Pulwama and Chief LADC Pulwama.

During the meeting, the list of under-trial prisoners furnished by the concerned authorities was taken up for consideration. A total of 05 cases were taken up and discussed, out of which 03 cases were recommended for consideration by the committee as per the guidelines.
